Try a different FTP client and see if you get the same error.

Ok... I finally got on, now I have one last question. How do I upload a show to the archive through SmartFTP? I got on, but there's no files/folders to upload to. How do i pull the shn files I have on my computer & get them on the FTP to upload?

Drag and drop from Windows Explorer. If you don't want to do that look thru the menus in SmartFTP. There is a way to browse the folders on the local volume.

The folder that you're connected to is the one that you should be uploading to. Every user has their own individual folder to dump files in, and then you import it to the archive from there.

Thanks so much... I was able to figure it out once I actually "tried" & snooped 'round the menus. Again, thank you, both, for helping me out.
